1. Email - enter the email address to which you want to receive notifications about the status of the request.

2. Title - enter the title of your request as concise and informative as possible, e.g. "Help in setting up labels - I don't know how to set the margins".

3. Description - describe your request as accurately as possible.

Bug - describe the exact path that led to the bug. Try to find the relationship and describe whether it is possible to repeat such a mistake and how to do it. Provide information about the user, order, meal, recipe, etc. - all the details to identify where the error occurs.

New feature - describe your business goal (what you want to achieve) and your idea of how the feature should work to achieve it.

Question - describe exactly what your request is about and what help you need. Also indicate how urgent this request is.

4. Company, Name - enter the name of your company, and your full name.

5. Components - select from the list which system elements the report concerns

6. Attachment - add screenshots or photos of sketches. Try to include everything that will allow us to better understand your problem.
