If you aim to REDUCE the size of the region, please consider that after the change, customers whose addresses fall outside the delivery area will not be able to extend their orders or place new ones, EVEN if the same region remains active within another delivery zone! Additionally, such an action may cause issues with the visibility of active orders in reports and the driver app!

Therefore, after proceeding with such changes, it's necessary to update customer addresses and reassign them to the correct region and delivery zone. To do this, go to "Orders and Customers" → "Customers".

Filter out the customers, then click on each one individually to access their data, and find the section with their delivery addresses. By using the "Change Address" option reload it to align with the updated map. The steps are illustrated in the attached GIF.
