Contact - how to contact customer support?

You'll find a Help button on each screen in the upper-right corner. After clicking and expanding the menu, you will find 3 items in it that allow you to contact our team.

Depending on your needs, you should use one of the three available options:

  1. Report a bug - use this item if you encounter a bug in the program

  2. Suggest an improvement - use this item if you have an idea for a new feature or an improvement to the current one

  3. Ask a question or send a request - use this item if you have any other questions regarding system configuration or customer service
