Subscriptions - Order period configuration

The system includes a subscription feature that allows you to automatically renew customer orders and conveniently manage their meal plans.

Enabling subscriptions

To enable subscriptions, first create a new order period with the type set to Subscription.

Go to: Meal plans and extras → Order periods → Add order period

  1. Enter the name of the order period – this will be visible to customers.

  2. Select the Subscription option in the Periodicity field.

  3. Specify the subscription length – the number of weeks after which the subscription will automatically renew.

  4. Choose the days of the week from which an order can start.

  5. Set the number of order days per week – this determines how many days per week will be selected in the calendar within a single subscription.

  6. Specify which days of the week can be automatically selected, starting from the order start date.
