

Top up points balance
The “Top up points balance” feature within the loyalty program allows customers to add a chosen amount of money to their account. This amount is automatically converted into the corresponding number of loyalty points. These points can later be used to pay for future orders or redeem rewards.
The feature can be enabled in the admin panel by navigating to Sales and marketing → Loyalty program and selecting the “Top up points balance” option.
Below this option, you’ll find settings for predefined top-up amounts. These values will appear to customers as quick suggestions when they access the Loyalty Program section on their account.
Customers may also enter any custom amount. For that reason, it’s recommended to set minimum and maximum top-up limits to define the acceptable range of payments.
