Loyalty Program - Processing of Ordered Rewards

When setting up the loyalty program, you can decide whether you want to allow customers to exchange points for rewards (screenshot 1).

If you opt for this option, the first step is to create the rewards available to customers in the admin panel.

To do this, go to 'Sales and marketing' → 'Rewards' and then click on the 'Add reward' button (screenshot 2).
