Loyalty program - Configuration

The loyalty program allows you to reward customers for various activities such as placing orders, rating meals, and other actions defined in the system. Accumulated points can be used in two ways, depending on the program settings:

• Exchanged for available rewards

• Applied toward the payment of an order

The loyalty system is flexible and highly customizable - the admin can configure point sources, their value, calculation methods, and available redemption options.

To access the loyalty program settings, go to Sales and Marketing → Loyalty Program, then click 'Edit.'
