Menu structure:

📅 Menu - a list of meals that the client will receive in a given period, e.g. "menu for the week May 20, 2022 - May 27, 2022",
🕚 Meal type - it is most often used to define the time of the day when a given meal type will be consumed, e.g. Breakfast, 2 breakfast, Lunch, Post-training shake, etc.
🍝 Meal - a whole meal eaten during the day, e.g. Breakfast, 2 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Post-training Shake, etc. A meal may consist of Recipes and Ingredients,
🍜 Recipe - part of a meal that requires preparation by a chef or a kitchen assistant, eg Homemade pasta, Tomato soup,
🍎 Ingredient - a single product that will be used to prepare a recipe, e.g. onion, water, parsley, flour, or a product that can be added individually, such as an apple or a banana,
🔥 Micro and Macro nutrients - the nutritional value of each product,
